"How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, "Your God reigns!" (Isaiah 52:7)

  We would like to express our gratitude and honor to God for guiding our school to continue the 45th ACTS Mission Conference since its opening.

  The history of the 45th mission conference is also a meaningful number that shows the footsteps of the history of missionary work that our school has walked so far. The theme of the 45th ACTS Mission Conference is "Towards the Missionary Jubilee of ACTS." It will be a meaningful event to look back on our school's missionary movement as we prepare for the 50th anniversary of ACTS.

  Our school has a proud history of mission-centeredness, consisting of the fruits of the global evangelical movement and the union of Korean churches. The birth of our school contains the brave missionary vision of christians to save humanity through global evangelization, and our school was born with the Lausanne Movement in 1974.  Next year, the 4th Lausanne World Congress will be held in Korea. It is a missionary festival of evangelical Christians around the world, attended by 5,000 representatives from 222 countries around the world. Our school is not only actively participating in the Laussane Missionary Conference, but is also preparing to cooperate as much as possible. In that sense, this year's mission conference will be run as a program to prepare for the Lausanne World Conference. It will be an opportunity to prepare and evaluate missionary policies and measures that have only been learned through missionary projects created by foreign students and Korean students.  Creating a mission conference with AIGS students, our pride and the fruit of world missionary, will be a beneficial opportunity for all of us to experience the missionary field in detail. In that sense, this mission conference is a microcosm of the World Congress.

   "Today is the upper room, tomorrow, Asia!", just as the vision of Asian evangelization and world mission, is breathing and pulsating in the hearts of all ACTS people.  We pray that this 45th ACTS Mission Conference will be a beautiful step toward the missionary year.

2. Period: October 25 (Wednesday) to 26. (Thursday), 2023.
3. Venue: Main Chapel of ACTS  
4. Programs (AIGS student attendance  is mendatory.)
    1) Mission Service: October 26th, 2023 (Thursday), 11:00 a.m.
                   Speaker: Pastor Un-Sung Kim(Youngrak Presbyterian Church)
    2)  Mission Forum: October 26th (Thursday) 2:00 ~ 4:30 p.m.
        * Subject: The Covenant on Lausanne and the Missionary Situation
           (1) Theo-Drama
           (2) Presentation 1: AIGS student
           (3) Presentation 2_Online (Zoom) Dr. Aaron Martin (Ph.D. in OT)
5. Changes of Class Schedule (Oct. 26th)
   1) Shortened classes: Shortened classes for the 3rd period on that day (only 1~2 classes are operated.
   2) Alternative classes: The 6th to 8th classes on that day will be replaced by the Mission Forum.
   3) The 9th class start time change: Starting at 4:30 p.m. (previously 4:20.) But, it's flexible.
