Hello. I am President Dr. Hong Yul Chung of ACTS University.

We are a small but specialized university located in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. We are blessed with both the geographical vicinity of the metropolitan area and the natural environment of the Namhan River.

First established in Seoul, and later moved to a new campus in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi-do, we are a prestigious Christian university with a history and tradition that has produced 10,000 graduates to date. Our school was specifically established to train foreign students, and over the past 50 years, we have produced over 700 foreign graduates from over 60 countries in Asia and around the world.

We have been operating a language school for foreign students since 2025, and we plan to open a “Department of Religion and Cultural Contents" exclusively for foreigners (both in Korean and English) from 2026. Through this new department, we have a vision to cultivate not only those talents needed in South Korea, but also global talents.

Our foreign alumni who have already graduated from ACTS University are actively working throughout Asia.
